General Terms & Conditions

• No parties or events are permitted. Guests are only to partake in quiet activities, especially between the hours of 10pm and 8am.

• No smoking is permitted within any of the cottages. (Smoking is only permitted outside and cigarette butts are to be disposed of in the containers provided).

• Pets are strictly prohibited from all cottages.

• No children under the age of 18 are to be left unattended overnight.

• A maximum of two adults are allowed per bedroom.

• Guests’ numbers are not to exceed the number specified on their booking.

• As there is no town water connected to the property, we appreciate your consideration to water use while you enjoy your stay with us.

• The cottages are only serviced by rain water and a filtered water jug is available in each cottage. Please bring your own bottled water if you are concerned.

• We are contactable by phone or via email, and will respond or attend, as required.

• Guest are expected to conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner, ensuring the comfort and enjoyment of all other guests and neighbours.

• Upon vacating the premises, please: Wash all dishes – Remove rubbish to outside bins – Turn off air conditioning and heaters.

• All registered guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to the property and will be charged for the cost of such repair/replacement.

• Any damages or breakage must be reported to management via info@cozyotwaysaccommodation.com.au or 1800 842 050 and photos provided. Fair wear and tear are excluded.

• Guests are to vacate no later than 10am or a fee of $200.00 may be charged.

• Cozy Otways Accommodation accepts no responsibilities for the guests’ property including but not limited to, loss or damage of any items by any natural disasters and or theft.

• Any consumable complimentary snacks and provisions provided during a guest's stay are offered solely for their convenience. Their use or consumption is entirely at the guest's discretion. We cannot accept legal responsibility for any personal damages incurred as a result of their use.

• A breach of any of the stated above Terms and Conditions may result in the immediate eviction of the booking party and their guest(s) at management discretion including the loss of security deposit.
