Please assign your guests to their cottages. Nominate their names to each cottage.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

 

1. Payment - Visa & Master Card Payments and Deposit

1.1 Upon confirmation of booking, the guest’s card will be charged a 50% upfront deposit of the total amount for the accommodation booked (excluding additional items selected).

1.2 The remaining 50% for the accommodation, plus additional items selected, will be charged on the same credit card within 7 days prior to the guests’ arrival.

1.3 A holding $250 security deposit is required for each cottage booking, automatically authorized on the guest’s credit card within 5 days before arrival. The deposit is automatically released within 7 days of departure unless there is non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions. Details for claiming damages are outlined in the "Deposit Claim for Damages Terms and Conditions Procedure" within the General Terms and Conditions.

2. Payments - Direct Debit Payment and Deposit

2.1 For bookings to be paid by direct debit, please contact us directly on 1800 842 050 or send an enquiry to info@cozyotwaysaccommodation.com.au with arrival and departure dates, the number of guests.

2.2 Guests opting to pay for their accommodation by direct debit are expected to pay the full amount for their accommodation, plus a $250 refundable security deposit. (refer to 2.3 and 2.4)

2.3 Booking requests to be paid by direct debit are not confirmed until full payment is received and the nights requested are only reserved for 3 days (72h), from the time a reply email is send by Cozy Otways Accommodation.

2.4 Direct bank transfer details: Please use your Booking Reference Number & Surname as the description when completing your transaction.

3. For security reasons we require guests staying at Cozy Otways Accommodation to complete a “Pre-check in details”, before their arrival and before receiving the self-check in instructions. Non-compliance with this condition will result in automatic cancellation of the booking!

4. Your accommodation must be fully paid 7 days prior to your arrival or in full at the time of your booking, if arriving within less than 7 days.

5 Cancellation and Refund

5.1 Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Cozy Otways Accommodation via the website, phone or email.

5.2 Guests receive a full refund if they cancel 7 days before their arrival.

5.3 Any cancellations made after 7 days and within 72 hours prior to the guests’ check-in time, will result in the first night’s accommodation being charged.

5.4 Any cancellations less than 72h, prior to check-in will result in a 50% refund only.

6. Explicit cancellation by Cozy Otways Accommodation

6.1 Cozy Otways accommodation endeavours to fulfil every booking contract and present the accommodation as advertised. However there may be times where unforeseen conditions or circumstances will prevent that to occur.

6.2 If a booking is cancelled by Cozy Otways Accommodation, due to events beyond their control and it is impossible to fulfil the original agreement or find an alternative arrangement, the guests will receive a full refund for their accommodation only.
